Cold, rainy, but fun!

This past weekend, we went to Blairsville, GA for the Sorgum Festival. Betsy went with us and we drove up through the north Ga. mountains. It was a beautiful drive, but we didn't know it was supposed to rain the entire day. The temperature also got down to 37 degrees when we got on top of Blood Mountain. The people at the hiking station were saying that they were expecting some snow. We decided not to stay there long because there were no places for us to sleep.

The festival was pretty good. There were about 20 vendors, which wasn't many, but I thought the crafts were good. I was just glad to have something fun to do, and to be able to spend time with Betsy.

We didn't get home until 12:30 or so the next morning. It was a long day!

Daddy kept everything under control in the backseat.
Mason and Betsy's friend, Kelly, at the festival.
Just clowning around with Aunt Bet. Mallory had her mouth full of funnel cake! That's my girl!
Isn't she sweet?
The FBC Blairsville was face painting. Mallory wanted them to put every color on her face!
